My Divan bleu Mission
Help you find meaning in the transitions of your life and taking meaningful action through your own resources.
My Story
Degrees & Experience
It is normal to feel challenged when we are faced with changes in our life, whether it be a career change, a divorce, or rebuilding our lives after the loss of a loved one.
Lack of confidence in ourselves and our potential can act as barriers to change, and when we have dreams and aspirations that remain buried within us for too long, we can feel trampled, extinguished, overwhelmed, and anxious.
I understand these feelings because I myself have gone through difficult times in my life. I have always been shy and reserved and I had academic difficulties that made me believe I was not intelligent. However, I had dreams such as speaking in front of a large audience, going on a humanitarian mission abroad, and climbing mountains. Unfortunately, lacking confidence in myself, I turned my back on my aspirations, believing that I did not have what it took.
One day, I was faced with professional burnout and had to stop working for a while. This was the beginning of a new start for me. I began consulting and underwent training at the CRAM for several years. I became a teacher and participated in the evolution of hundreds of students over the course of 20 years.
Thanks to the help I received and my continued investment in advanced courses, I learned to love myself, recognize my potential, and develop my resources. Today, I am confident in my intelligence and am increasingly taking action on my life projects… like climbing mountains!
My personal and professional journey has given me the opportunity and skills to help many people through difficult times and achieve their goals.
If you decide to come see me for consultation, I will accompany you with empathy and clarity. Thanks to the tools we will see together, you will gradually emerge from uncertainty, doubt, non-confidence, and create inertia towards a richer and more meaningful life.
If you are ready to take the first step towards change and explore your own resources, do not hesitate to contact me!

One of my passions is undoubtedly adventure travel! Challenging myself physically, meeting people from different cultures, vibrating intensely when I reach the top of a mountain, crossing the desert, going kayaking accompanied by dolphins…

I love waking up early in the morning. I make sure not to make any noise so as not to wake anyone up. I comfortably settle into the silence of the new day starting and slowly drink my first coffee in a one-on-one with myself. Pure bliss!
