My Divan bleu Mission

Help perfectionists and hypersensitive people to love, listen, and get to know themselves to rediscover their passion and live a more satisfying life. Offering guidance towards accepting their perfect imperfection.

My Story

Degrees & Experience

You would like to find your passion and your inner fire, but you don’t know not how to get there. You procrastinate a lot and you can’t find meaning in your work. You feel empty and dissatisfied, and you fill that void by turning to addictions such as food, alcohol, or compulsive buying. You have even developed psychosomatic symptoms that tell you that your body is trying to talk to you.

You feel like you’re wearing a mask, but you’re afraid of being rejected if you show yourself as you really are. You’re exhausted from trying to get everything done, and you wonder if it’s normal to feel so tired. You feel like if you don’t do anything, you’re going to hit a wall.

I am a therapist who has experienced similar moments in my own life. I suffered at work and made many career changes without any real personal fulfillment. That’s why I decided to educate myself and become a therapist to help people – especially perfectionists and hypersensitive people – who are going through difficult times.

As a therapist, I will help you identify your strengths and difficulties, understand your emotions and needs, and find solutions to move forward. I hear what you don’t say and I am able to show you your blind spots. With me, we go from tears to laughter because therapy can also be a lot of fun! I will welcome you and support you in all your challenges, beyond judgments, assumptions and ready-made solutions.

If your life lacks meaning, or if you have self-sabotaging behaviors that prevent you from living fully, do not hesitate to contact me to talk about it.

Finding your passion is possible, being happy is possible, and no, it will not prevent you from being in an authentic relationship and it will not make you a selfish person. On the contrary, you will become the leader that you already are and hidden inside of you.

Since 2010 I have been living with the symptoms of an autoimmune disease: Alopecia. I wore a hair prosthesis for a long time before accepting my difference and opting for scarves.

At 20, I understood that we could express ourselves with our clothes thanks to the Sex in the City series. However, it’s only recently that I totally assume my colors and that I feel no discomfort when I wear an ultra colorful outfit with original prints.

I suffered for a long time at work. I couldn’t find a bad place, I was bored and constantly putting off everything I had to do until tomorrow. I didn’t particularly like what I was doing and I made many career changes to experience more satisfaction at work, without real fulfillment. In fact, I was a square that I was trying to fit into a circle! Today, I love what I do and I could pay to do it!
