The challenges, such as disclosing an STBBI to a new partner or exploring new encounters, can seem overwhelming. You work to overcome low self-esteem, to break the idea that you are “the virus”, and to face the fear that your sex life will forever be compromised.

Questions about your past, your present and your future with this reality torment you. You fear the lack of understanding, rejection and judgment of those around you and your partners. You feel isolated, misunderstood. However, millions of people share this experience. It is essential to know that you are not alone.

It is possible to regain the confidence you once had, to rebuild it stone by stone. We will work on communication with your partners, intimacy and the realization of your desires.
