How the Sex Therapy Works:
First appointment:
Individually or as a couple, you will talk frankly to your therapist about the challenges you are facing as well the goals you want to achieve. The therapist will help you to express yourself.
Duration and Frequency:
You can see your therapist once a week or once every two weeks, particularly at first. We recommend a minimum of 8 sessions to get positive results, but it depends on the situation. It may be that one-off sessions also meet your needs. This will be evaluated with the therapist.
Afterwards:
You will be able to rely on a professional who knows you well, when needed. It’s like having an emotional safety net!
