How the Individual Therapy Works:
You will speak with your therapist about the challenges you are facing as well the goals you want to achieve. The therapist will help you to express yourself. The couch is comfortable, the atmosphere is warm and you will not be judged.
Duration and Frequency:
You can see your therapist once a week or once every two weeks, particularly at first, when you are facing a difficult time, or when you need help in making a decision.
You will be able to rely on someone who knows you well, when needed. It’s like having an emotional safety net!
